1. Acceptance

By using Vallt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Vallt is an MCP server and cloud backend that manages API credentials, monitors service health, and injects environment variables on your behalf. It runs inside Claude Code and compatible AI coding tools.

3. Your Credentials

You retain ownership of all API keys and credentials you store with Vallt. We store them encrypted and never expose them in plaintext or in conversation history. You are responsible for the credentials you connect.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Vallt to store credentials for unauthorized services, to circumvent security controls, or in any way that violates applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vallt is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, credential misuse, or third-party API failures.
